When we cancelled multi room thr main sky box was cancelled . So we took the active viewing card and put it into out main sky box . I've paired it but to watch some programmes it wants us to pair it with rhe box .

Since the end October 2024 Sky locked the cards to a single box, so you cannot pair a card to a different box any more

A Sky viewing card can only be paired to the same Sky+ / Sky+HD box that it was paired to at the end of October 2024.

Hi @Sharon214

Although it will mean you will loose access to the recordings on the box you used as the main one, you probably will need to swap the boxes over - as the others have said you can no longer pair cards with any boxes that they were not paired with in Oct 2024
