Is this Sky+, where you've posted? Has your Sky+ box previously connected to your home wifi?

Sky hub - it's not been connected before. It's failing to set up. All the lights are on but once it connects it pops up saying I am "not authorised to access this page"

@HarryHod still not clear what you're trying to do.

I don't recognise that error message as being one produced by a Sky+ box.

What are you trying to connect to your Sky Hub?
