&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm afraid Sky no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD set ups (where you've posted).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense to check/repair/replace the dish/LNB if that's the problem.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The alternative is contacting Sky to upgrade to Sky Q or change to Glass / Stream.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not from Sky you will have to source your on replacement and installer&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Please Note:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky &lt;STRONG&gt;Glass&lt;/STRONG&gt;, Sky &lt;STRONG&gt;Stream&lt;/STRONG&gt; and Sky &lt;STRONG&gt;Q&lt;/STRONG&gt; (&lt;EM&gt;Satellite TV is approaching end of life so is not a long term solution&lt;/EM&gt;)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
