I have an old HD box. I cannot upgrade as my elderly Mum has the multiroom box &amp; doesn't want to share a planner, which I've noticed is what happens if you upgrade. Is the reason I cannot see this documentary because I'm using the old box? If this is the case, then that isn't very fair as I still pay the same as everyone else with Sky cinema.
