I keep getting a message in screen (with lots of different channels) saying "you cannot purchase this programme" and asking to press the yellow button for more info. If I leave it alone it goes away after a while, but then comes back later

Anyone else having an issue with the viewing card? I tried calling sky and they are having issues an

Sounds like an internal sky issue

I am was watching The Mentalist on U&Alibi the message "You can't purchase this programme" keeps appearing and stops the viewing. Any ideas?

I've got the same message and been waiting for support for 30 minutes so far.

the first person I spoke to said no problem you need to upgrade to sky q or stream 🤣

Yep getting the same message here on random channels (Sky news, Sky Sports Mix etc). Clearly a fairly widespread Sky thing

Yes, I am having an issue with the viewing card as well. SKY call wait time 40 mins.....

Common problem apparently, loads of posts on the forum.

Sky Sports HD on both boxes Code 25 You cannot purchase this programme, account ok, SkyGo works fine

About an hour ago my wife said that Sky Sports HD on both boxes was generating a popup code 25 stating 'You cannot purchase this programme' press yellow for help, which then takes you to a purchasing problems pop up and to contact them, I've had Sky sports for 23 years and my large bill is automatically paid every month SkyGo works fine checked account all shows as subscribed anyone else having issues ?
