I cannot view them as I receive an error message stating its the wrong viewing card.<BR />Sky Bot is useless at helping.</P><P>Customer service are telling me my card has to be facing upwards ( WRONG) we're meant to call me back and didn't.<BR />&nbsp;I have no idea what to do. I also have a 5G EE router but the box is not picking up the broadband router. I'm at a loss.
