There is no such thing as a Sky Q card it is just a viewing card that can be used in ANY Sky satellite box, Q or + 🙂

Your Card has been Deactivated..and you need a new, The Problem is Sky no not Pair new card in Old Boxes. So you will get a SKY Q instead

@john805 You cannot pair a card to a replacement box, also Sky no longer provide cards for replacement boxes as Sky Plus is now an obsolete / legacy system

You posted the same on the Sky Q board which I've answered. I think you must have Sky Q as Sky don't replace Sky+ boxes.,

You've also posted similar on the Sky Q board so I suspect you actually have Sky Q.
