watching catch up

got another hd boxdownloaded a programme but unable to watch. requesting pairing successful but then says tv channels will be added shortly. How long does shortly. How long will this take.also unable to downloadanything on certain channels

You can no longer pair a viewing card to a different Sky+HD Box I'm afraid.

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Glass, Sky Stream and Sky Q (Satellite TV is approaching end of life so is not a long term solution)

The only use for an unpaired Sky+HD box is to view the freesat channels

I'm afraid that's an old default message. In reality pairing hasn't been successful.
