On demand download failure

I just came across a 54 page thread with the same issue from 2 years ago. It started happening for me yesterday, and today still happening.

Says downloading but red light doesn't come on and eventually appears in the Planner as Failed.

Is there a solution?

I can't see where to change DNS server on the sky box. Network tab doesn't seem to have it?

Press select on the network tab then the green button, if you don't understand how IP Addresses work then you may be better off waiting for it to be fixed over the next couple of days
