Can you tune to one of the TNT sports channels and check your signal strengths by keying Services>Settings>Signal on your remote. The white part of all four bars must be at least half way across.

Watching TNT sports it is very blurry and not in focus. BT have told me that the Sky dish needs adjusting,hence my conversation with you to provide an engineer to adjust it. Thank you,

@FreshT
This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are here to try to help other customers. You aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services here.

I'm afraid Sky no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD set ups (where you've posted).

You'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense to check/repair/replace the dish/LNB if that's the problem.

If you have Sky Protect insurance through Domestic and General Insurance you can call them but a recent post on here stated they wouldn't send an engineer - but they did offer the customer £65 towards arranging one themselves.

The alternative is contacting Sky to upgrade to Sky Q or change to Glass / Stream.
