Sky viewing cars needs pairing.

The message "your sky viewing card needs to be paired to your sky+HD box." Has appeared on the screen. I can't pair it. I have tried various things from the quick fix help page.

Is this the same Sky box and Viewing Card that were in use last October?

Yes nothing has changed. Just wouldn't work when I turned sky on

@Pauline89 you'll have to give Sky a call, I'm afraid, of you can't pair them yourself. Don't let them tell you you'll have to upgrade- it's not correct.

None, I'm afraid. But we've seen it reported here before.
