&lt;P&gt;Try a planner rebuild:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Press Services on your remote&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Select Help&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Select Sky+ Rebuild&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This should take no longer than 10 minutes, don't do it if you are recording or due to start recording something. Your recordings and downloads are safe when doing this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If that doesn't restore normal working, the last resort if a full System Reset, from the same menu as the Planner Rebuild. It will delete all your recordings, I'm afraid.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't fix it, your Sky box has had it, I'm afraid, and you'll need to think about upgrading either to Sky Q or Sky Stream.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
