This has happened a few times and I have done it successfully. This time when I tried to go through the process of service's menu then settings then system details o can't get the handset to navigate the systems details menu. The up and down buttons on the handset won't move up and down the menu. &nbsp;Tried turning off and on and going through the rest process but no luck. Just keeps saying they need to be paired. This is the same box and the same card.
