topic Viewing card in Sky+

I had to change over my sky + hd box. It asked me to pair the viewing card which I have done. It told me the request was successful and channels will be available shortly. It has now been some while and the channels are still not on and displaying the code CP04

It is not possible to pair a viewing card to a Sky+ box so if you other one was faulty you will have to speak to Sky about upgrading to a Sky Q one.

Unfortunately it's no longer possible to pair your viewing card with a different Sky+HD Box.

If your old box no longer works, your only option is to call Sky and switch to Sky Q (for satellite) or Sky Stream/Glass (for streaming)
