      <description>&lt;P&gt;You're not doimg anything wrong. Have you previously ordered then cancelled Sky Q?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You'll need to give Sky a call to request a new Viewong Card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
