    <description>&lt;P&gt;I didn't cancel without trying to get in contact, I called, emailed and had the automated helpline for a month before canceling. (Hours of my life I'll never get back!)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At no time was it ever explained that they don't help customers with Sky+ anymore.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't think it's reasonable to expect me to pay over £100 per month for something I don't receive, especially as I spent hours trying to get help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;How did you cancel your subscription? The only reason you wouldn't be able to get through is if you cancelled a direct debit and Sky can't take payment.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Is this what you have done?&amp;nbsp; If so cancelling your direct debit does not cancel your subscription.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have cancelled a direct debit you need to reinstate it and pay anything that is due.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your dish falling of your roof is not an excuse to not pay.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Why do you need to call Sky as &amp;nbsp;it has already been explained that they no longer support Sky + set ups. You need to employ a local satellite company to repair or replace your dish at your own expense.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If that's the case, you'll continue to be charged until you call to give the 31 days notice required to cancel. However, you won't be able to cancel or even speak to Sky if there's an outstanding payment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
