Turn your Sky box off at the plug for at least 4 minutes.

I did that but no good . Still the same. I checked all connections and still same coming up

Are you trying to watch in Ireland a programme from a UK broadcaster, or vice versa?

This is happening in all programmes. Watching RTE programmes..it is across the board on all channels.
