Sky card or box may need replacing. We are having to remove card and turn off from the mains power almost every day other day, to get Sky working again

You can request a replacement Viewing Card from Sky, but for a replacement Sky box, ypu would have to upgrade to Sky Q or Sky Strea,.

You will need to call Sky to see what they will offer you as we can't say for sure what they might say to you cost wise.

It depends on your current setup, your viewing package and what upgraded system you were to choose.

I'd suggest doing a bit of background research then speaking to Sky about your options s and prices.

Generally speaking Sky want to move customers away from Sky+ as it's a legacy, increasingly unsupported product. Sky Stream will probably be cheaper, but do make sure it will meet your requirements - it's broadband based, not satellite and doesn't have all the same channels.
