I have a sky+ box but need a little one that goes on wall behind the television when on the wall

Presumably that's the 'set top box' (i.e. the device which is receiving digital data and using this to generate a video signal for display on the television set)

From Sky this would be a main Q box, a Q Mini box (in a household with a main Q box) or a Stream puck. You've posted in the Sky+ forum and that's now an obsolete platform which Sky no longer offers to new users.

@Janh5 It's never a good idea to place a TV box etc behind a TV as both will generate heat, leading to at least one or both overheating and possibly failing if your lucky, or worse cause a fire.

Can only guess that it's the little WiFi box that is needed for non WiFi enabled Sky+HD Boxes. Not sure why it needs to be behind the TV though.

This is all very confusing.

If I was creating a 'media wall' (which is a terrible term in itself) the only box I would be placing behind a TV screen would be a distribution box. I would keep all the media sources separate (Set top box, streaming device, games consoles, etc) and install trunking from wherever they are situated, behind the 'media wall' to a distribution box where the TV will be fitted. Appropriate and future proofed cabling would go in this trunking (HDMI 2.1 or 2.2 cables, powered if the trunking is longer than 3 metres, along with ethernet cabling, power cables and potentially an optical digital cable too, depending on audio output requirements) and these would be connected to the distribution box.

This will allow all external media source devices to be kept away from the TV, free from interference and excessive heat, and their output to be sent via the cabling concealed in the trunking to the distribution box hidden behind the TV.

Yes, my thinking too - an On Demand Connector. I was hoping that if the OP could tell us about any lights on the box, it would confirm.
