&lt;P&gt;Just so you know, we're mainly customers here, like you.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could try restarting your Sky box, by putting it in standby and then switching off at the plug for 4 minutes. If you're still seeing the same message when you turn back on, you'll need to contact Sky.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure that they can help with this issue, but we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can report it via a private online chat, if you wish.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Viewing car is not authorised</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can no longer view sky channeks on my TV. A mesage comes up "This viewing card is not authorised".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently renewed my contract. The first payment was on 20th June&lt;/P&gt;</description>
