Hi I'm trying to get a free paramount plus free trial and as a VIP diamond member I'm told it should be in my offers but it's not. Any suggestions of how I find it and claim it?

If you have a Sky+ box (where you have posted on here) then the Paramount+ offer will not be available to you as your Sky doesn't support these apps.

@Louking I'm also a Sky+HD customer and I can see that offer in My VIP. It's in the 'Rewards For You' section.

I've not yet tried to activate it, so don't know if it works.

As stated you wouldn't be able to access it via the Sky Box.

I am guessing that the mY VIP rewards system is not that sophisticated to differentiate between SKy + customers and SKY Q customers

The Paramount + activation process needs to go through the app on SKY Q - once that is done customers can use the app on other platforms. As this activation does require SKY Q then, unfortunately, it is no use for SKY + users

yes it does work you just access it via the paramount+ app on diffrent devices/platforms just not on a sky+ box like you say
