      <description>&lt;P&gt;account under either&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Old Address: N22&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;New Address: N8&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have moved flat.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have received a Broadband box, not the Sky box yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;A previous broadband (old address) has been cancelled, I was told I would receive a returns box, this has not arrived either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to talk to someone to get this resolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jesse.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The returns packaging will jave been sent to the address Sky have on record for you. &lt;P&gt;If by Sky box, you mean Sky tv, which have you ordered - Sky Q or Sky Stream?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Note we're customers here, not Sky customer services.
