&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;You must have agreed to this to have had it installed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Trouble with Sky YOU JUST CANNOT TALK TO HUMANS - this is the root problem that angers people!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the next bill differs one iota,&amp;nbsp; IT WILL NOT GET PAID, they will have to take me to court and sue..... I will happily agree and explain WHY I TOOK THIS DECISSION.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Very unwise. That will put you in breach of the T's and C's&amp;nbsp;&lt;U&gt;you agreed to.&lt;/U&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Doing that is going to cause you additional problems; services being restricted, late payment fees, you won't be able to contact Sky, Sky will involve a debt recovery company which may eventually affect your credit rating.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I could simply have done that..... but they wouldn't THEY thought it better fob me off with an unwanted upgrade!&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky HD, on&amp;nbsp; 174 History channel I get 'This card is not authorized' error,&amp;nbsp; this is only on History 174, same on 274,&amp;nbsp; never had this before. All other channels seems OK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I powered off, removed the card and powered back on after a while and then waiting to 'insert card' message, still same. Would this be because the card want's updating via landline, we don't have connected?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks, Dave&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2539774"&gt;@Pentode&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;viewing privileges are updated over the air rather than the phone connection so that wouldn't be the cause. You could try removing the Card and wiping it with a dry cloth, but if that doesn't resolve it, you'll need to give Sky a call, I'm afraid.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp; Mark39.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for reply, yes I've tried wiping the card, powering&amp;nbsp; up and waiting&amp;nbsp; for 'Insert your card' message. How long does it take for an over the air update, obviously it's not going to be quick I would imagine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have watched History channel before with no problem's, Guess I'll try again tomorrow if no joy I'll have to get on to them.. I am now getting sick and tired of this lark AND about to kick Sky through the window.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no one at all that can help me out at Sky TV.... too much automatum is the problem.&amp;nbsp; For the very last time IS THERE ANYONE at Sky I can get ORAL help with?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My card comes up as stated 'This card is not authorized', I get on to sky and told that the card is not recognized nor can they recognize the 'last three digits' I entered on the phone as requested...... attemped pairing doesn't help either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone on here kick their backsides?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Don't need to post any pictures atr all..... watch my lips so to speak-&lt;BR /&gt;A black box that simple say's Sky HD on the front.... all the enginner did was to change the card and do an update - I could have done that!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The same ol set up, the same old box - working after abvout 10 Minutes! Skyu CLEARLY attempted to FOB ME OFF with an un-wanted UPGRADE!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky are now on notice..... sorted it out or no payment and I'm OUT AND I am not exactly a new member! To hell with em if they can't! I'll happily see them in court if need be.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Having no Human to sorts mess like this out is NO joke.... and you should all know why!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
