(If they agree you’ll have to pay the remainder of your discounted term).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To call Sky dial 150 (free) from either a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile. Alternatively use this link… &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/home" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/home&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;UK customers:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ leading to a number starting 0333. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;ROI customers:&lt;/STRONG&gt; change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ to see a dedicated ROI number.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Had to replace my Sky+ box, replacement works but Sky Movies and Sky sports are giving me the "this is the wrong card" message. I need to pair my new box with the Sky card but all I get on line is Sky Q instructions and customer support is an automated system that is no help at all! I'm getting sort on patience and just want to speak to a human who can pair the card and new box please.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As of October last year, it's no longer possible to pair your Viewing Card with a replacement box, I'm afraid.&amp;nbsp; You would have to upgrade to Sky Q or Stream.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply, greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That's absolutely ridiculous, just another money grabbing scheme from Sky. I won't be upgrading and looking at cancelling my subscription to Sky instead. &amp;nbsp;Constantly putting up the prices and trying to sell you new packages. &lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;So I used these people&amp;nbsp;&lt;FONT size="1 2 3 4 5 6 7" color="#999999"&gt;[removed]&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&amp;nbsp; who fixed the box that had failed and that box stayed paired to the original card.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;All my wife's recordings still there too.&amp;nbsp; Phew!&lt;/P&gt;

You can even replace the hard drive when it fails although obviously you would lose all your recordings.
