I am on sky Q now but I have a recording of my church on my old sky plus box.

How can I access it?

You might not be able to as the Sky+ box like your Sky Q one needs to be connected to your dish before you can access any recordings.

Recording are on;y meant to be stored temporarily and not archived! As you don't own the content you lose ALL access to it when moving away from Sky+

Playback of recordings also requires an active subscription & once switched to SKY Q I believe the old SKY HD subscription is cancelled
