      <title>Sky HD box failed, Q not available to us</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky HD box has failed, tried system update etc. Spoken to Sky and they've updated us to Sky Q and engineer booked. &amp;nbsp;However, we had to cancel the engineer the first time we moved in 3 1/2 years ago as the building &amp;nbsp;(converted flat) doesn't accommodate it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Been in touch with Leasehold Manager who confirms that's still the case so will have to cancel engineer again. Is there any way to buy replacement HD box and pair it? I believe not but we're stuck with a box that doesn't work and with a contract and no options.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4411652"&gt;@JenC2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;You could find an electrician that specialises in fixing broken Sky boxes so that you would not need to pair the card to a different box, this may not be cheap though&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately our broadband isn't strong enough to support Sky Stream and fibre isn't about to be installed in our area anytime soon. (City centre location)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
