How to upgrade?

I have Sky+HD, had it for many years, and I appear to be paying a lot of money for a basic package and sky sports, especially compared to all the adverts I see (£88 per month). And reading some stuff it appears that this is effectively a dead product and I should really be on Sky Q (I've had absolutely nothing from Sky about it). But the website is simply useless for finding out a) what my options are and b) wanting to actually talk to someone. If I go on to the upgrade page it just mentions Sky Glass & Sky Stream, if I go to the page that shows my products it only lists things like Cinema or Kids, not an actual upgrade to Sky Q. Can anyone point me in the right direction please so that I can upgrade to Sky Q and amend the packages I receive?

Thank you, I managed to find a number and got it all sorted.
I still think the website is awful and obstructive - they really don't want to talk.
