change from HD Box to stream

How do I contact sky to change from my HD box to sky stream.

I can not get anyone who will admit that they are responsible for dealing with this when I call. I am fed up getting the runaround for what should be a simple process.

I really feel like canc elling the whole thing

any help would be appreciated

I can't see how to do this via the website. That is why I wanted to talk to somebody

Stay on the line when calling and say nothing if asked any questions by the bot and when you get to talk to someone just tell them that you want to upgrade to Sky Stream.

I have got passed the bots a couple of times and got to speak to a person. Each time they said they weren't able to help and gave me another number to try which brought me baxck to the bots.

@nogg as @caesarome just don't respond to the bot. You'll eventually be asked if you want to speak to an adviser.
