    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you. for your help .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There was a problem with the service in the block of flats where I live.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It has now been fixed and everything is working fine.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
