    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have a Sky subscription, you have a Viewing Card. On Sky+ boxes, it's behind a pull down flap at the front of the box.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you get a 'diskless mode' error message when you try rebuilding your Planner, the hard disk in your Sky box has failed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I record a program it just fails&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get a message that says Sky +HD playback&amp;amp; recording unavailable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;check sky viewing card is inserted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;i donot have a card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have sky just discontinued this service and not informed m&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
