What do you mean by "it is not showing on Sky", do you mean you can't see the episodes on catchup ?

3 days ago the season was showing on demand (catch up) we only downloaded two episodes and this morning i went to download some more and the whole season has gone but season 12,13 are there still

I am also having this issue, according to Google it should still be showing on sky.

Chicago Fire series 11 boxset has now expired from licence and been removed. We still have linear rights to air series 11 on Sky Witness, however we don’t currently have plans to run this series again while the new series is airing.

That is why you are losing so many customers. Everything is disappearing. Will and Grace, Chicago Fire season 11 has gone, but your showing 12 and 13?
it doesn't make sense and I am annoyed with Sky.
come on , do the right thing!!!!

It makes sense if Sky no longer hold the rights to show series 11.
