      <description>&lt;P&gt;The engineer has shown me how to reset this problem before but now it is not responding and I believe needs an engineer call out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the box isn't stuck on stand-by and displays an orange dot and not a red dot.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You'll need to source your own engineer now as Sky will not send one for Sky+&lt;/P&gt;</description>
