      <description>&lt;P&gt;Our sky account is active and being paid for but we have not received a replacement viewing card. A sky engineer came out and said that this was what was required to restore service but unable to find a way to ask for one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That from the engineer makes no sense. They should have replaced the dish and cables if they're unserviceable and the Sky Q box would be a different, up to date box anyway. That's all part of a normal Sky Q installation. There's no equipment that would be too old.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I'd be complaining to Sky.&lt;/P&gt;
