SKY PLUS main & Mini Box - Valerian Busby

Hi I having major down time on both boxes. It freezes and or goes off line.

Each time this occurs which is about 5 times a day, I am having to turn off the box, wait till the box cools down and then reset them up.

Can I get a replacement of both boxes or a engineer to service the boxes. I believe that it has been between 5-10 years since these boxes were installed.

You've mentioned Sky+ AND a mini box. So please clarify whether you have Sky+ or Sky Q as the answer will be different.

@ValB1 Sky plus is now a legacy system which sky no longer sells or supports

Sky won't send an engineer or replace them but still give them a call to discuss your options about switching to one of sky's current systems Q (satellite), glass or stream to continue to receive sky tv services

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Glass, Sky Stream and Sky Q (Satellite TV is approaching end of life so is not a long term solution)
