      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky+playback is not available we can't watch anything we have recorded or anything in our planner or use any basic normal functions like pause rewind etc etc!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;our card said we do not have a sky subscription when I tried to troubleshoot but we obviously do&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes we did order SkyQ &amp;amp; cancel in December last year because we are having major renovations at present, we have been away but it was working two weeks ago we are just back again &amp;amp; nothing!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you order Sky Q, your Sky+ Viewing Card is marked for cancellation at some point in the future. Unfortunately that isn't undone if you subsequently cancel Sky Q and it looks like your Card has now indeed been cancelled. You'll need to call Sky for a replacement Card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
