I'm having problems with my remote for sky +. I have replaced batteries but it is not working properly. I cannot adjust the volume or turn the tv off. How can I get a new remote?

Most larger supermarkets sell them. Also Argos or purchase online.

If it is only affecting volume and TV on/off then that suggests that the remote isn't set up to control your TV correctly.

Im same my sound comes on but will not adjust up or down?
