    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks for the contact. Connection was by Ethernet but not through a repeater.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;it kept indicating connection to on demand&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FAIL on the network page. Router connection ok. There was an ip address for the box and DHCP is and was ON.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have changed internet service provider and I have been trying to connect the new internet service to the sky +hd box via an Ethernet cable through a wifi repeater.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;in setting -network all except connection to on demand &amp;nbsp;which say Fail. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;please advise&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;FYI I have purchased a used SKY Wireless Connector Mini which failed when tried Twice. But there it no power indication on the Connector.? Ideally I would prefer a wireless connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4375828"&gt;@Deek2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you could try disconnecting the ethernet cable from your Sky box and then restarting it by switching off at the plug for 4 minutes. Then try setting up the ethernet connection again. If it's still no-go, you might need to consult the repeater manufacturer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Either your Sky box's USB port is faulty, of the connector you've purchased isn't compatible with your Sky box.
