      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi My sky +HD box is now stop starting and picture breaking up, I have been told although I can buy another box, i have been told Sky will not transfer my viewing card to a different box, is this true ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;David&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can't now pair a viewing card to another Sky+ box that it wasn't paired to at the end of October 2024. Sky+, being a legacy package, is no longer supported by Sky.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Still call Sky to discuss your options moving forward which will be upgrading to Sky Q or moving to Glass / Steam to continue to view Sky content through a Sky subscription.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What you have been told is correct because from now on you will have to upgrade to either a Sky Q box or to Sky Stream or Glass as is not possible to use a viewing card in a different Sky+ box.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
