      <title>Existing viewing card requires pairing with existing box</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky+ hd box was switched off at the mains for a few months , now powered back on. However the existing viewing card requires pairing. Card was paired previously before the box was switched off at the mains.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You could try carrying out a New Install, but I suspect you'll need to call to get your Viewing Card reinstated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

However after power was off at the mains for 2-3 months , everything is working properly apart from the on screen message " your viewing card needs to be paired to your sky+ hd box"&amp;nbsp; To pair them go to sky.com/quickfix&lt;/P&gt;</description>
