Getting TV OnDemand on Sky+HD box

I recently purchased a new Sky+ HD box and have connected it to the Internet. However, when I attempt to access Catch Up TV (or TV on Demand), I receive the error message "You do not have Sky+ entitlement. Go to Skyviewinghelp.com."

I have tried visiting the website mentioned, but it appears that it no longer exists.

Could someone help me access the TV OnDemand service, please?

Your new Sky+ box will not be able to pair with a viewing card so it will never be able to access premium Sky channels or features such as recording, on demand etc...

Please Note: Sky+ is now a legacy/obsolete service that Sky are replacing with their newer services: Sky Q, Sky Glass and Sky Stream

You may wish to consider trying to get your money back from whoever you bought it, if it was sold in the belief that it would work in the way you thought it would.
