      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a sky q box in November, and the engineer just put a card through the door without knocking. I know this because I have a barky dog! I never had a follow up call and now my sky TV system isn't fully functioning. I think I need to have another engineer come out with a sky q box but it will have to be at the weekend now as I am back at work after maternity leave.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
