BBC channels have recently started dropping out several times a day. A message is displayed that the satellite is not receiving a signal, but only the BBC channels are not being received.

No satellite signal may only affect one or two channels.

Its almost certainly a dish misalignment. Sky no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD, but if you have Sky Protect through Domestic and General Insurance you can call them to arrange an engineer, otherwise you'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense to check it (or contact Sky to upgrade to Sky Q or change to Glass / Stream).

The connectors at the LNB have been replaced which has rectified the problem.
