      <title>Skybox is not connected to the broadband router</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt; Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm having an issue with my Skybox Q.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It hasn't been used in about 6 months and now that I've gone back to it, I get the message "your Sky box is not connected to the broadband router".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried resetting the router and skybox, just the skybox itself and no luck. The router is Sky business so not directly compatible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone have any ideas before I bother a technician to come out.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4356786"&gt;@DanielSet&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That isn't a Sky Q box, it is a Sky HD multiroom box so your post will get moved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It doesn't have WiFi as far as I remember, nor any apps that would benefit from a connection, just on demand content that would require an Ethernet connection a satellite connection and a valid subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What exactly are you trying to achieve?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
