&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Its almost certainly a dish misalignment. Sky no longer support Sky+ and Sky+HD, but if you have Sky Protect through Domestic and General Insurance you can call them to arrange an engineer, otherwise you'll need to employ a local satellite engineer at your own expense to check it (or contact Sky to upgrade to Sky Q or change to Glass / Stream).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unless you have Sky Protect in which case Sky will come out otherwise you will have to find a local company to you to look at this for you as Sky no longer supports Sky+ systems.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Before you do call someone make sure the cables are firmly in the back of the box.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
