Sky HD plus keeps changing channels even without batteries in remote

My Sky HD plus box keeps changing channels even without batteries in the remote. I have tried resetting, also switched off everything but still keeps happening. This happened last night and still the same.

@Min19 Check if any of the buttons on top of the box are stuck.

Unfortunately I wish I knew how to fix this. Mine is doing the same thing. It's definitely the service not the controllers as it's happening with all three of mine! Started happening since Monday. I posted on this site as well. Suspect one of the recent software updates has caused this.

There hasn't been any software updates for a few years on Sky+HD Boxes, so it's not that.

Odd that it's happening to your multiple boxes, but it's not a common reported problem that's happening to many customers.

@Ange450 you have also posted this in the Sky Q forum so what boxes do you have Sky Q or Sky+HD
