Yes.When I open sky cinema it says connect tv to your broadband.Its a smart tv and it is connected On services/settings it shows connection to broadband and connection to kn demand as Fail

Your Sky box need to be connected to your broadband it cannot share the onnection from your Smart TV

How do I connect the sky box to my gigaclear broadband.Its a wireless router Can't use a cable to connect

I don't know of any domestic routers that don't have Ethernet sockets, you need either an ethernet cable or the Sky box needs Wifi (either built-in or a seperate device, depending on the model of box)

Then it does have built in Wifi 🙂

Push the WPS on your router, then the WPS on youe Sky box, that should connect broadband

There is no wps button on the sky+ HD box on the front.

@PeterP2 you said in reply to an earlier post that it does have a WPS button. If there is one, it's on the front panel to the right of the illuminated blue circle.

If there's no WPS button your Sky box isn't equipped to connect over wifi to On Demand.

If there's no WPS button then the box would require a Sky Mini Connector* to go online: these are available on eBay for about £10.

* Note this is not a Q Mini box, which is entirely different.
