@Caz671 Prime runs in an app. Sky+ boxes aren't capable of hosting apps. You would need to upgrade to Sky Q or Stream, either of which can support apps.

Or, if you have a smart TV, the Prime Video app may already be installed on it. The app itself is free, but you need to subscribe to Prime Video via Amazon in order to view the content on it.
