@Doreenc1 Unless you have changed it, it's normally the last four digits of your viewing card number

press services go to settings system details and viewing card is 4th line down

@Doreenc1 you've been given the correct information. What exactly is happening when you try one of these channels? Also confirm that you have Sky+ where you've posted.

It was suggested on the forum to get the last four digits of my viewing card number as the pin. I did that but the response was incorrect pin. I need to know what the pin is

@Doreenc1 Your other multiple posts about the same issue have been removed, you have been advised on this thread how to get your pin, posting across different threads for the same reason is not needed nor will get you a different reply.

On the screen you enter the pin in try resetting it so you can change it to something else.

There is not a reset on our screen. It only gives us three attempts at the pin entry on sky comedy so we still do not have access to we have at last found the card and used the last 4 digits on the card. Says pin incorrect.

We don't need a reprimand we doing our best. Still the pin incorrect. Sky have changed the process and yet still do not support us

On your Sky+ remote press services then select help and then reset your pin and enter the details required.

That message was for GD1...we doing our best. Sky changed the process and we are unable to access sky comedy without a pin. The last 4 digits on card do not work so a reset was suggested.. reset what? Do you mean switch the sky box off. .

Caesar one ...have got to the pin enter screen on sky comedy. Pressed help on the remote...and we get a help menu. However pressing enter does not do anything. So also went to the other menus and found parental settings and again tried the last 4 digits of card. Again we get incorrect pin. Maybe another neighbour has changed it ... I do not know the history. PS. We doing our best switch the sky box off overnight

Well ceasar1 we got there. Thank you. What I did was I tried three times guessing the pin (as from what you said maybe it had been changed by another neighbour) -- so after guessing I ended up locking the pin as I had entered the wrong one three times. I had to wait 10 mins. However the good news was on the tv screen when I had locked the pin as...the sky error message pointed me to sky.com/pinhelp... so in my iPhone I signed in as the customer Doreen...and I was guided to a pin reset screen. So reset it. All ok now. Just confirms to me someone else in the past had reset the pin to another number _ another number and not the last 4 digits on the sky card.
