Blocked from recording on Sky Atlantic

I have been recording Game of Thrones. Recently a message has come up saying that I need to upgrade my subscription. On the 29th January 2025 I made some changes due to a call from Sky thanking me for my twenty odd years support. At no point did it mention reducing the access I currently have.

Are you trying to record the HD variant without having the HD add-on?

Possibly. However it always recorded before the 29th January?

Did the changes you agreed to include switching to Sky Q?

It appears you don't have the HD add-on, so you would need to check that you're recording the Sky Atlantic SD.

Note that without a current HD add-on, previous recordings and downloads made from subscription channels won't play back any more.
