I've just read the below, and i have the essential package at £15pm but can't access atlantic via sky as tried last month, how do I activate these 3 while keeping my payments the same?

What made me look at this was a new item saying people are.missing out on these being added at no extra coat

@kenai if you have sky plus (the board you have posted on) you can't activate them as the hardware doesn't support apps, you would have to upgrade to either sky q, glass or stream to get them

Is that the actual package you have ?

SKY have rather confusingly got more than one package with Essential in the name

The Essential TV package in the image you posted is for SKY Stream

It is not the same as Essentials on SKY Q or SKY +

It's not possible to have the recently announced £15 'Essential TV' on Sky+ (or Sky Q) - it's a streaming product, which is how the price can be that low.

I suspect you are subscribed to the long established £15 'TV Essentials', which is free-to-air satellite channels and recording facilities.

Unfortunately the ridiculous choice of naming by Sky has horribly confused search results (and the AI generated stuff in particular)

Ahhh thanks, I thought netflix would just be linked through sky and would work that way, atlantic being on sky i didn't think would be an issue. But thanks for confirming.
